SO WHAT movement...

I wana say my So What too..
SO WHAT if IM Not pretty and Skinny as all my Sister,Cuzzies and frens..
SO WHAT!!

i should alwys keep saying that to myself..
today's tyra banks show was abt self esteem..
i too want to have HIGH SELF ESTEEM..
and hav CONFIDENCE in myself..
and by doing so i tink i should stop looking myself on the outside but wats on the inside..
to build up what i am within..
Have a positive thinking..
a clear mind...a clear goal that i want to achieve in life..
and build up my the strenghts that i have..
1st step for me is to lead a healthier life..
eating right and execrising more often at least 1 hr everyday..
cut down my food intake,more veggies and fruits...
lessen rice intake n fried food intake....
i think that if i hav a healty body than i will hav a healthy mind too..
it's going to start 2moro..
1 apple a day..
only eat wholemeal bread / occasional white bread
execrise 1-2 hrs a day..
lots of plain water n fruit drinks
that is some wat my plan...
because 1stly im scard of all the health risks i could get..
im still yound so i better start now then later
haha
hope it works...
all thanks to Tyra who gave such motivation..
