HYPOCRITE

1. a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, esp. a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.

2. a person who feigns some desirable or publicly approved attitude, esp. one whose private life, opinions, or statements belie his or her public statements.

Frankly,
i dun understand the meaning..everytime wen someone says another person is a hypocrite actually i dun reali knw wat it means..i hav to check the dictionery for the meanin time and time again..one minute i get it den i dun...

the 1st time i look the word up i read the sentence again n again...to understand it..
and the meaning is a some who wana change something in other ppl but they themselevs are lik that...but when u think back isnt everyone a hyprocite...there is alwys a time wen u urself is a hypocrite..but u didnt realised it..
i hate ppl who say they hate hypocrites... juz stupid la..do they reali knw the meaning?
is there a difference being two face and being a hypocrite??? if u have suggestions den tell me so..i would really lik to knw...juz give me a comment on my tag board..thnks
